Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
• Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Monitors clients in a safe environment and documents safety rounds.
• Coaches clients on life skills, communication, and community integration.
• Facilitates structured activities aligned with treatment goals.
• Maintains respect and confidentiality toward clients, staff and guests.
• Maintains cleanliness of the program space.
