Job summary

Preferred Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Muskegon is seeking a friendly, organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and guiding them to the right department.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, processing payments, maintaining records, and keeping a clean reception area while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

This position is an important part of the guest experience. The receptionist will often be the first person our guests see or speak with, so we are looking for someone who is professional, welcoming, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
