Job summary

Romeoville Toyota is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will provide a welcoming atmosphere, manage inquiries, and support team members with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Hours are 3PM-9PM; you will direct customers to the right departments, assist with deposits for new cars, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and customers.
• Answering phones and routing calls appropriately.
• Directing customers to the correct departments.
• Assisting with deposits for new car vehicles when sold (where applicable).
• Cashing out service customers after repairs are completed.
• Assisting with stocking in vehicles when they arrive.
• Taking in deposits for new car vehicles when sold.
• Directing customers to the correct departments in the dealership.
• Working cooperatively with the sales team.
• Communicating with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.

What your day will look like as a Receptionist at Romeoville Toyota:

As a Receptionist here at Romeoville Toyota, On a typical day you will be greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service, answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing additional administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hours for the role 3PM-9PM
• Answering phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Cashing out service customers after their vehicle repairs are completed
• Taking in deposits for new car vehicles when sold
• Assisting with stocking in vehicles when they arrive
• Direct customers to the correct departments in the dealership
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Other Duties as assigned
