Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is hiring a part-time Receptionist for Saturday and Sunday shifts. We're looking for a friendly, dependable professional to welcome residents, families, and visitors and provide excellent customer service.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents, visitors, families, and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide general clerical and administrative support
• Maintain a neat, organized reception area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of recent customer service and clerical experience
• Experience with a multi-line telephone system
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
