Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking an on-site Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and manage their experience at the dealership. You will greet customers, answer calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments while supporting the delivery process.

As Delivery Coordinator, you will help coordinate with orientation, service and parts teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Weekend availability and a professional appearance are required, with a commitment to our values and

• Able to move throughout the dealership to assist with various tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all customers entering the dealership and managing their experience with Bish’s RV while on-site toensurethe best experience possible.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Answering phone calls and reroutingtoappropriate departments
• Oversee Customer Delivery Experience assuring satisfaction
• Develop andmaintaina positive interactive purchasing experience for families
• Assistwith manufacturer warranty registrations
• Assistwith online postings and photos
• Will double as Delivery Coordinator
• Connect to new customers coming in for delivery
• Coordinate with orientation
• Service and parts walk
• Finance meeting
