Job summary

Bish’s RV Twin Falls is seeking an on-site Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers. You will manage their experience at the dealership, greet guests, answer calls, and coordinate delivery activities while supporting multiple departments.

The role requires excellent communication, a neat appearance, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Weekend availability and a positive attitude are essential.

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all customers entering the dealership and managing their experience with Bish’s RV while on-site toensurethe best experience possible.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Answering phone calls and reroutingtoappropriate departments
• Oversee Customer Delivery Experience assuring satisfaction
• Develop andmaintaina positive interactive purchasing experience for families

• Will double as Delivery Coordinator

• Service and parts walk
• Finance meeting
