Job summary

Fastenal is hiring a Part-time Receiving Lead at our Indianapolis HUB to oversee day-to-day Receiving operations. You will verify incoming inventory, lead a small team, and ensure accurate processing and timely movement of goods within the hub.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient warehouse practices, with potential schedule flexibility after onboarding and goal achievement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in Fastenal or warehouse/distribution preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to lead a team.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and urgency.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including possible extra hours.
• Demonstrate company values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Must pass drug screen (US/PR/ Guam).
• Lift and move 25-100 lb packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members.
