Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with emphasis on fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Protect company assets through proper receipt and return of DSD product; ensure vendor receiving policies are followed.
• Work with vendors to resolve errors, policy violations or excessive inventory; assist with promotions and timely merchandising notes.
• Verify DSD plan-o-grams are accurate and account for daily/weekly DSD tickets and invoices.
• Understand and use Food Lion tools (ACIS, CAO); follow safety guidelines and dress code; complete CBT and training.
