Job summary

You will work with vendors, follow Food Lion policies, verify invoices, and manage plan-o-grams and weekly notes. The role requires basic computer use and physical ability to lift items, stand long hours, and adhere to dress code.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for specific job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Protect company assets through proper receipt and return of DSD product.
• Demonstrate and enforce vendor receiving policies.
• Work with vendors to resolve errors or policy violations.
• Ensure weekly merchandising notes are implemented timely.
• Verify DSD plan-o-grams are accurate.
• Account for daily and weekly DSD tickets, beer and wine invoices.
• Maintain understanding of ACIS and CAO systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and report accidents.
