Job summary

Food Lion in Greenville, NC is seeking a full-time team member to ensure proper receiving of Direct Store Delivery products, maintain standards, and deliver fast, friendly customer service.

You will work with management to execute promotions, protect assets, and use store tools such as ACIS and CAO to manage inventory and orders, while upholding Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.

• Demonstrate and execute proper vendor receiving policies established by Food Lion.
• Work with vendors to resolve vendor errors, policy violations or excessive inventory, etc.
