Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Protect company assets through proper receipt and return of DSD product.
• Demonstrate and execute vendor receiving policies.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve errors or inventory issues.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to ensure timely promotions by vendors.
• Ensure weekly merchandising notes are implemented timely.
• Verify DSD plan-o-grams are accurate.
• Account for daily/weekly DSD tickets, beer and wine invoices and file properly.
• Check EDI invoices for outstanding charges.
• Handle reclaim and damages.
• Perform CAO stocking and cigarette stock rotation.
• Follow Food Lion guidelines and procedures.
