Job summary

Colibri Group is seeking part-time Real Estate Instructors to teach pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing courses both in-person and online for the Superior School of Real Estate brand. Instructors will use provided materials to guide students through lessons, with emphasis on real-world examples and answering questions.

The role is part-time with up to 29 hours weekly; classes occur mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.

Responsibilities

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan.
• Actively engage with students, both in the classroom and online.
• Utilize strong understanding with webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction.
• Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives.
• Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings.
