Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Active NM real estate license (salesperson or broker).
• Will attend Instructor Training within one year of approval.
• Previous teaching experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide responses to student inquiries via email, voicemail, and discussion board within 1 business day.
• Review course content and update materials per state law changes.
• Complete the 16-hour CDEI designation within 4 months and renew every 3 years.
• Deliver 15–60 minute presentations before the Education Advisory Committee for each pre-license course.
