Job summary

Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes is seeking energetic tutors, called Clinicians, to help students of all ages read and comprehend to their potential. The center is located in Newport Beach, CA, and instruction is performed in person.

Prior teaching experience is optional; a degree or actively pursuing one is required. Paid training is provided, and internship credits may be available. Part-time hours, Monday–Friday, with scheduling set by the Learning Center.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, Early Childhood Education certificate, or Bachelor's degree (or actively pursuing one) required.
• Excellent reading, spelling and comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to record notes on student performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group instruction, in-person or online.
• Facilitate use of Lindamood-Bell curriculum for Academy students.
• Interact professionally with clients and staff to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Manage client records, handwritten and electronic.
