Qualifications

• Active RDH license in the state of practice (New Jersey).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high clinical standards balancing efficiency, patient comfort, and education.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations and risk assessments.
• Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections and preventive care.
• Take and evaluate dental radiographs and intraoral photos.
• Document patient histories and chart findings accurately in the software.
• Follow sterilization, infection control, and OSHA protocols.
• Support a patient-centered experience with empathy and professionalism.
