Qualifications

• Active RDH license in NJ.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Proficient in dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high clinical standards with patient comfort and education.
• Support a preventive-care model focused on early detection and long-term outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations with probing and risk assessment.
• Identify and document periodontal disease accurately and ethically.
• Educate patients on the oral–systemic health connection and long-term health needs.
• Take and evaluate dental radiographs and intraoral photos.
• Follow sterilization, infection control, and OSHA protocols.
• Promote a patient-centered experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Actively contribute to a team-based environment and uphold our mission and values Squire Dental.
