Job summary
MB2 Dental is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Warren and Chester offices in New Jersey. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule (Monday-Thursday), competitive pay starting at $60+ per hour based on experience, and monthly collection bonuses.

Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Dental Hygienist license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work between both locations.

Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services.
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and patient assessments.
- Take digital radiographs as needed.
- Educate patients and families on oral health and home care practices.
- Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the dentist.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
- Create a comfortable, positive experience for patients of all ages.
- Assist with hygiene scheduling and patient reappointment efforts.
- Travel between our Warren and Chester offices as needed.
