Job summary
Linley Park Post Acute in Anderson, South Carolina, seeks a Registered Dietitian (RD) for a part-time role. You will oversee nutrition care, perform resident assessments, and collaborate with the dietary team to support residents’ health and quality of life.
Requirements: degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, accredited Dietetic Internship, and at least one year of clinical experience with MDS nutrition. SC licensure and RD credential required; a supportive interdisciplinary team awaits.
Qualifications
- Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Completion of an accredited Dietetic Internship.
- Minimum of one year of clinical care experience.
- Experience completing the dietary portion of MDS assessments.
Responsibilities
- Complete nutritional assessments for new admissions per guidelines.
- Perform quarterly, annual, and significant change reviews.
- Monitor and adjust residents' nutrition plans.
- Collaborate with Dietary Supervisor and care teams.
- Ensure compliance with nutrition standards and maintain documentation.
