Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to oversee nutritional care for residents in a South Carolina facility. You will lead the dietary department and ensure compliance with standards, with coordination from the Dietary Services Director to maintain high-quality food service and nutrition.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in dietetics, RD licensure, and at least 1 year of clinical experience in a medical setting, plus nutrition counseling training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or related field required.
• Must be a registered Dietitian and maintain current licensure as required by state law.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility.
• Training in diet therapy and nutrition counseling.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department.
• Collaborate with the Administrator to ensure quality food service and nutritional care at all times.
