Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions and supporting independence and positive behavior.

All positions start part-time with flexible scheduling, Same Day Pay, training provided, and opportunities for professional advancement within a robust clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Build positive learning environments and engage families.
