Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a dedicated ABA team providing one-on-one services to clients in home or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions designed to support independence and positive behavior, while collaborating closely with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
