Heartland Behavior is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our supportive ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, applying evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children.
