Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and track client progress while collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Flexible part-time hours offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand. Full or part-time opportunities with paid travel, holiday pay, and a path to certification

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
