Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA. You will collect data, promote learning through positive reinforcement, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure client progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
