Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks dedicated RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions, under the guidance of a clinical team.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with Autism, demonstrate patience and empathy, and are prepared for paid training. Part-time positions with flexible scheduling are available to fit families’ needs.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is preferred; if not yet certified, you must obtain it before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
