Heartland ABA seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community-based settings. This part-time opportunity includes Same Day Pay and a willingness to commit for 6 months.

We provide paid training, a supportive clinical team, and paths for growth within ABA. Ideal candidates are dedicated to helping families achieve meaningful progress and enjoy flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor are essential.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
