Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision. You will help clients learn communication, social, and daily living skills, and you will collect session data to track progress.

Starting pay is $24.60 per hour for RBTs and $22.25 per hour for BTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• (6+ months) relevant experience required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data quality.
