Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Horsham, PA is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT). The role delivers ABA therapy in various settings, implements plans under BCBA supervision, and records data accurately.

Paid training and a clear path for advancement are available. Starting pay is $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Collaborate & Communicate with BCBAs and families.
• Support Operations by assisting with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
