Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for part-time, in-home and community-based ABA services. You will deliver one-on-one interventions to help children reach their goals and support families with evidence-based practices.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification, demonstrates patience and compassion, and can maintain composure in challenging situations. Training is provided for those new to the role.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
