Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building plans and recording data on devices.

We offer paid training and a flexible part-time schedule to help support families and client progress. Ideal candidates have RBT certification, a passion for making a difference for children with autism, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
