Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building plans and recording data to track progress.

You will collaborate with our clinical team to support goals and maintain a positive, learning-focused environment. The role is part-time with paid training and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
