Job summary

Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities in New Albany, Indiana. The role supports after-school and summer sessions with flexible scheduling.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Document daily session notes and Medicaid compliance in EHR/EMR.
• Communicate progress with caregivers, families, and clinical team.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
