Job summary

Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide after-school services in New Albany, IN, with roughly 4-hour sessions during the school year and 6-hour sessions in summer. This role involves delivering one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings under BCBA supervision.

The candidate should have RBT certification preferred; BACB training and certification support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (must provide a copy).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home/community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record data for progress and Medicaid compliance.
• Communicate with families and caregivers regarding progress and strategies.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
