Job summary

Total Spectrum, located in Watertown, Wisconsin, seeks a passionate individual for a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role. You will provide in-home and center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This role offers flexible scheduling, free RBT training, and opportunities for advancement into full-time. You’ll be responsible for running therapy programs under supervision and ensuring positive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Candidates with weekend availability is a plus.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Run therapy programs developed by BCBA during 1:1 sessions.
• Take data during sessions targeting various skills.
• Work with clients exhibiting aggressive behaviors.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask

Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis

Education

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or a related field
