Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with clients in Chantilly, VA. The role uses ABA principles under BCBA supervision to support skill development, communication, and independence in a structured setting.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting session data, and maintaining professional rapport with families while pursuing ongoing training and BCBA/BCaBA supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (preferred).
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
