Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Chantilly team. In this in-person role, you will work one-on-one with a client to implement ABA-based skill development under BCBA supervision.

You’ll collect session data, track progress, and support communication, independence, and social skills in a structured setting. The position offers M-F daytime hours and opportunities for supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (preferred).
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education.
