BK Behavior is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings. The role supports independence and behavior goals through evidence-based approaches and data collection, with training provided to earn RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services (training provided).
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Experience with behavioral health or youth services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans with the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and connect with families.
