BK Behavior seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in home and community settings. Training is provided to earn the RBT certification, after which you will support clients with individualized skill-building plans and data collection.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth within a supportive clinical team, and exposure to a growing ABA practice focused on autism support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
