BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism. You will be trained to earn your RBT certification and begin delivering evidence-based interventions under clinical supervision.

The role is part-time, with opportunities for ongoing support from a dedicated clinical team. You will work in clients' homes and community settings, making a meaningful impact on families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team implementing individualized plans.
