Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement evidence-based programs, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each child’s progress and independence.

We provide paid training to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, flexible part-time hours, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build connections with families.
