Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

All positions start part-time with flexible schedules; same-day pay is available; we offer a supportive clinical team and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
