Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. We provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

We offer same day pay, flexible part-time schedules, paid training, and a supportive clinical team with opportunities for fellowship and internships to accumulate hours, plus access to BCBA-directed supervision and career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and support children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
