Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in their homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to support independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Implement evidence-based skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
