Heartland ABA is seeking a focused Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home or community-based ABA services. You will deliver one-on-one interventions, collect data, and work closely with a clinical team to support each child’s goals.

Ideal candidates are driven, patient, and passionate about helping children with Autism. Part-time positions are available, with paid training provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience and compassion for children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to ABA goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to develop independence and positive behaviors.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
