Job summary

Heartland Behavior Services seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our ABA team in Iowa. Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions.

Paid training is provided for those new to ABA. We offer flexible, part-time hours, Same Day Pay, and mentorship opportunities to support your growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working with clients.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and grow within ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
