Heartland Behavior in Iowa seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children reach personal goals with evidence-based interventions.

We offer part-time roles with Same Day Pay, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive team. Training is provided, and a six-month commitment is encouraged to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and desire to help children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
