Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The position involves 1:1 work with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, and recording data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
