Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and reinforce learning to promote independence.

This part-time role offers mentoring, growth to full-time as caseloads expand, flexible scheduling, local travel for in-home sessions, and paid training with opportunities to advance toward BCBA

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
