PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on training to help you develop into a future ABA leader.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure progress.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
