BK Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children develop independence and positive behaviors. RBT certification is required before starting, and a six-month commitment is encouraged to support our families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
